The meat was incredibly tender, and at the right temperature I ordered - medium rare. Very well seasoned, and accompanied by great truffle fries.

Oh dear lord....the filet was perfection along with the accompaniments... asparagus (perfectly cooked), the seasoned grilled half tomato AND the gruyere potatoes. I usually order and love the fish & chips. On Wednesday I decided to try something different and now have a new favorite menu option.
